About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a compassionate team of healthcare professionals, providing world-class care to our clients. As a Paediatric Complex Care Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children with complex needs, including tracheostomy care and ventilation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver bespoke care and support to young people with complex needs
  • Work closely with clients and their families to achieve personal goals and stabilise at home
  • Provide tracheostomy care and ventilation services
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 12 months' UK experience in the last two years working with people with clinical complex needs
  • Tracheostomy care and suctioning, tracheostomy tube change, and ventilation via tracheostomy and mask skills
  • Availability for last-minute shifts on an as-and-when basis
