We are seeking a skilled Bicycle Repair Specialist to join our team at Frasers Group. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cycling and a strong background in bicycle mechanics.

Key Responsibilities:

Bicycle Maintenance: Execute a comprehensive range of bicycle maintenance tasks, including brake adjustments, gear tuning, wheel alignment, drivetrain servicing, and suspension repairs. Accurately diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems. Bicycle Assembly: Assemble new bicycles in accordance with manufacturer specifications and store protocols, ensuring safety and readiness for sale. Customer Consultations: Engage with customers to evaluate their bicycle repair and maintenance requirements. Offer informed recommendations and detailed cost estimates for services. Parts Selection: Assist customers in choosing suitable parts, accessories, and upgrades for their bicycles. Safety Assessments: Conduct thorough safety inspections on bicycles to identify and rectify potential hazards. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all serviced bicycles comply with the highest quality standards and safety regulations. Workshop Organization: Maintain an orderly and efficient workshop environment, including the management of spare parts and tools inventory. Customer Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes, addressing inquiries, and providing maintenance advice.

Required Qualifications:

Proficient in bicycle mechanics, with the ability to diagnose and repair various bicycle types and components. Previous experience in a bicycle repair role is highly advantageous. Familiarity with a range of bicycle brands, models, and components. Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Knowledge of safety standards and practices related to bicycle repairs. Eagerness to stay informed about the latest advancements in bicycle technology and repair methods.
