About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Analyst to join our team at Thames Water. As a Laboratory Analyst, you will be responsible for the preparation and analysis of samples, using a range of techniques including colorimetric, gravimetric, and automated analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze samples using a range of techniques
- Work within a team to deliver results and ensure the quality of our samples
- Develop and maintain quality management systems to ISO/IEC 17025
- Collaborate with team managers and leaders to develop your skills and progress in your career
- Contribute to the development of new methods and techniques
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a laboratory or a related Science degree
- Ability to follow strict instructions and guidelines
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working in a laboratory environment
- Ability to think creatively and suggest improvements
