Call Centre Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Patient Central Team as a Call Handler. As the voice of our Practice, you will be the first point of contact for many of our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to patients over the phone, responding to their queries and concerns in a friendly and reassuring manner.
- Work efficiently to handle calls, following a call guide prompted by our electronic triage system to make patient care requests and ensure that patients are directed to the most appropriate clinician or service.
- Ensure that calls are handled in a timely manner, working towards targets within the team and making a real difference to the patient experience.
- Perform various administration duties generated by patient calls, including accurately and efficiently completing administrative processes and procedures.

- Good team worker with a can-do attitude.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
- Confidentiality and discretion when handling patient information.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
