Job Summary:

As a Night Shift Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production line during night shifts, ensuring compliance with food safety and health & safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of production staff during night shifts
  • Ensure accurate and efficient line performance, meeting production targets and quality standards
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor and report on production metrics, including KPIs and labour plan adherence
  • Collaborate with shift managers to develop and implement training programs for production staff
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations, reporting any issues or errors promptly

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to work with data and metrics
  • Level 3 HACCP certification and Level 2 Health & Safety
