Job Title: Night Shift Warehouse Manager

Menzies Distribution Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse, managing a team, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in planning and forecasting staff requirements, including rota management and annual leave planning.
  • Manage and motivate the team to meet customer timescales and improve productivity.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure labelling, sortation, and warehouse team productivity targets are achieved.
  • Provide handover reports to oncoming Shift Managers and ensure inductions are carried out for all new staff.
  • Provide training to all staff and contractors to ensure they can undertake their duties effectively, efficiently, and safely.
  • Ensure all staff have completed necessary Health & Safety training.
Requirements:
  • Hold a full UK driving license.
  • Minimum 3 years of management experience.
  • Relevant working experience within Distribution or Logistics (2 years+ experience).
  • Hardworking, positive, and flexible attitude to work.
  • Knowledge of H&S legislation.
  • Good PC skills.
