Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Management Services Specialist to join our team at NatWest.

As an Application Management Services Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers by providing technical support for our applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Provide efficient and effective technical support for our applications, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • Service Ownership: Take ownership of the service in areas of specialist knowledge, prioritizing customer needs and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, business partners, and customers.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of application support, including platform, technology, products, and domains.
  • Service Management: Experience in working with service management disciplines, such as incident, problem, change, configuration, capacity, availability, or configuration management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • SQL Experience: Experience with SQL is an advantage, but not essential.
