* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
* Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking
* Collaborate with the operations team to deliver smooth implementation of new business
* Manage and update sales pipeline and its implications on budgets/forecasts
Requirements:
* Direct sales experience within logistics, both in terms of new business development and account management
* Competency in Microsoft Office, sales lead tools, and CRM system
* Understanding of sales cycle process and the method of "selling a solution"
* Experience in selling road transport solutions
