Position: Catering Assistant

Overview:
As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner, adhering to established menus and recipes.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including the management of dishes and utensils.
  • Follow food safety and handling protocols to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food and supplies, reporting any shortages or discrepancies to management.
  • Provide courteous and efficient service to students and staff during meal times, addressing any dietary concerns or special requests.
  • Engage in training sessions and meetings focused on food service procedures, safety standards, and customer service excellence.
