Junior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Marketing Manager to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our portfolio of household products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement marketing plans that drive event attendance and audience growth.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation efforts to convert website traffic into marketing-qualified leads.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns focused on enhancing sponsorship and driving delegate ticket sales.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to inform marketing decisions and optimize event attendance.
  • Social Media Marketing: Utilize social media marketing skills to expand reach and engage with our target audience.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with graphic designers to create promotional materials that resonate with our audience.
  • Partnerships: Develop and implement strategic partnerships and contra deals with key media, industry, and event partners.
  • Website Management: Manage the events website, ensuring it is up-to-date and provides a seamless online experience.
Requirements:
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Dynamic Personality: Demonstrate a confident and dynamic personality with the ability to inspire others.
  • Creative Outlook: Showcase a creative outlook with a keen eye for infusing creativity into marketing strategies.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in events marketing is highly advantageous.
  • Education: Degree-level education is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Pardot, list building, and email setup is a bonus.
