Key Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Reed, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive business growth and engagement.

  • Lead Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing objectives.
  • Manage Digital Channels: Oversee the company's digital channels, including website, social media, and email marketing, to ensure effective communication and engagement with the target audience.
  • Optimize Website Traffic: Analyze website traffic and optimize it to improve user experience and increase conversions.
  • Develop Content: Create engaging content for social media, email marketing, and website to drive audience engagement and conversions.
  • Measure Performance: Track and measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns using key performance metrics to inform future marketing strategies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Degree in Marketing: Educated to degree level or hold a CIM Professional Diploma in Marketing.
  • Digital Marketing Experience: Demonstrable experience with website analytics and knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong background in email marketing and campaign management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Analytics and other relevant digital marketing tools.
