Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Junior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Reed. As a key member of our marketing department, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our portfolio of household products.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Strategy Development: Collaborate with our team to design and implement strategic marketing plans, leveraging expertise in email marketing, social media, PPC, content creation, and data analysis to optimize event attendance and audience growth.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation efforts to convert website traffic into marketing-qualified leads, creating compelling calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation content.
- Marketing Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns focused on enhancing sponsorship and driving delegate ticket sales, analyzing and optimizing campaign performance.
- Data Analysis: Analyze, build, and research data to inform marketing decisions, recognizing the importance of data in marketing.
- Social Media Marketing: Utilize social media marketing skills to expand reach and engage with the target audience, creating and curating content that resonates with our brand.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with graphic designers to create promotional materials that align with our brand identity and messaging.
- Partnerships: Develop and implement strategic partnerships and contra deals with key media, industry, and event partners to enhance our marketing efforts.
- Website Management: Manage the events website, ensuring it is up-to-date and provides a seamless online experience for our audience.
- Copywriting: Craft compelling copy for various media and promotional materials, showcasing a range of skills and creativity.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Possess strong analytical and project management skills to drive marketing initiatives forward.
- Dynamic Personality: Demonstrate a confident and dynamic personality with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Creative Outlook: Bring a creative outlook with a keen eye for infusing creativity into marketing strategies.
- Previous Experience: Previous experience in events marketing is highly advantageous, but not mandatory.
