Join Our Team as a Pharmacy Assistant in Aseptic Services
Are you meticulous, possess strong communication abilities, and excel in a dynamic work setting? We invite you to become a valued member of our Pharmacy Aseptic Team.
In this role, you will receive comprehensive training in the preparation and dispensing of chemotherapy and other essential tasks within our Aseptic unit. Opportunities for advancement to a higher band are available upon successful completion of our tailored training program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation and dispensing of chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition solutions.
- Support the Clinical Trials service.
- Conduct environmental monitoring and maintain cleanliness in the Aseptic Preparation Suite.

Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety protocols while preparing cytotoxic medications in accordance with COSHH regulations.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services or equivalent qualification.
- A solid educational background.

- A willingness to engage in further training.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
Occupational Experience:
Essential:
- Prior experience in a pharmacy setting.
Desirable:
- Experience working in an aseptic environment.
