We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care to clients with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, tracheal suctioning, oral suctioning, ventilation, and peg feeding.
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families, gaining their trust and confidence.
- Work collaboratively with our Care Coordinators and Nurse Managers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
- A competitive hourly rate of £21.48.
