We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Graduate Administrator to join our team at London North West University Healthcare NHS Trust. As a Post Graduate Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the Postgraduate Administrator and Medical Education Department, ensuring the efficient management and maintenance of Junior/Trainee Doctors across the Trust.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Process study leave applications for trainees, consultants, and SASGs, including recording accurate information in study leave databases and preparing forms for approval and reimbursement.
  • Update and maintain a database of Educational Supervisors and clinical Supervisors to ensure training is up-to-date.
  • Develop and maintain a locally employed doctor (LED) database.
  • Organize weekly Grand Round meetings, including planning the program, recruiting speakers/presenters, booking venues, and arranging publicity.
  • Provide administrative assistance to support Foundation doctors' training programs, including documentation and progress monitoring, and e-portfolios.
  • Update trainee and supervisor records for Trainer Census.
  • Assist in organizing and maintaining attendance records for Foundation teaching.
  • Book PGME Centre's lecture theatre and seminar rooms for both PGME and other departments' use, keeping accurate and up-to-date records.
