We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at Connexa Technology Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and managing internal and customer IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on technical infrastructure support and manage internal and customer systems.
- Take part in global IT Infrastructure projects, including migrations, implementations, and rollouts.
- Maintain and support corporate and customer servers, networks, and IT equipment.
- Ensure server builds and networks comply with security policies and standards.
- Manage email infrastructure, including Exchange, SPAM filtering, and MDM.
- In-depth experience with virtual environments (VMware).
- Strong knowledge of email services, including Microsoft Exchange, Spam Filtering, cloud messaging, and continuity services.
- Advanced Windows OS administration skills, including Active Directory, Group Policies, user/group management, and PowerShell.
- Extensive experience with server and storage hardware (NAS, SAN).
- Solid understanding of IT Security, including antivirus, hard drive encryption, and client hardening.
- Experience with High Availability environments, including clustering and disaster recovery.
- Strong technical understanding of IP network fundamentals.
- Must be eligible to achieve Direct Vetted Status (DV).
