We welcome candidates with backgrounds in Healthcare, Social Care, or Care Work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate excellent communication abilities.
  • Build strong, supportive relationships with students and colleagues.
  • Provide encouragement and support to enhance student engagement.
  • Maintain a positive outlook towards teaching and fostering children's growth.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all students.

Job Duties:

  • Supervise and deliver learning support to students in both small groups and individual settings.
  • Assist in the creation of personalized education and behavioral plans, setting high expectations for student achievement.
  • Establish trusting relationships with students, tailoring interactions to their unique needs and personalities.
  • Encourage student participation in class activities and collaborative learning.

Candidate Profile:

  • Experience as a teaching assistant or learning support professional in classroom settings.
  • Outgoing, engaging, and approachable demeanor.
  • Willingness to support students of diverse abilities and needs.
  • Experience in behavior management and de-escalation techniques.
  • A positive and ambitious approach to student learning.
