Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Knowledge Lawyer to join our team at Chadwick Nott Legal Recruitment. As a Corporate Knowledge Lawyer, you will play a vital role in supporting our Corporate Finance practice in London, with a particular focus on listed public company advisory work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, update, and automate legal precedents to support the Corporate Finance practice.
  • Provide current awareness on key developments in corporate finance law, particularly in relation to listed companies.
  • Respond to lawyer enquiries with expert, timely advice on corporate finance matters.
  • Contribute to client-facing initiatives, developing and delivering training programmes to enhance knowledge management.
  • Ensure the Group's knowhow is comprehensive and current, fostering a knowledge-sharing culture across the firm.
  • Build relationships across the firm, supporting the adoption of knowledge systems and collaborating with the Lead Knowledge Lawyer for the Global M&A Practice Group.

Requirements:

  • Law degree and current licence to practice.
  • At least 8 years experience in a London Corporate practice, with expertise in corporate finance law, particularly in relation to listed companies.
  • Strong English language skills and effective time management.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
