The successful candidate will take ownership of the Accounts Receivable function and provide support to the Accounts Payable team as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Raise and post sales invoices into the financial system within required timescales
- Conduct customer account reconciliations
- Prepare weekly cash flow reports for partners' income, reporting to senior finance managers
- Manage customer onboarding for the finance department
- Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for UK, US, and CAD entities
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
- Lead contact for audit queries
- Perform ad-hoc Accounts Payable processes
Key Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in accounts receivables and payables is essential
- Strong IT skills, with expertise in Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proactive and able to take initiative
