  • Raise and post sales invoices into the financial system within required timescales
  • Conduct customer account reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly cash flow reports for partners' income, reporting to senior finance managers
  • Manage customer onboarding for the finance department
  • Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for UK, US, and CAD entities
  • Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships, both internal and external
  • Lead contact for audit queries
  • Perform ad-hoc Accounts Payable processes

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Previous experience in accounts receivables and payables is essential
  • Strong IT skills, with expertise in Excel
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proactive and able to take initiative
