About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pensions Implementation Analyst to join our Configuration Pension Implementation Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in the successful implementation of our pension administration solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse calculation requirements and develop effective solutions
  • Configure and test pension administration systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver high-quality project outcomes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
  • Participate in client meetings and project status calls to ensure effective communication and project progress
Requirements
  • Proven experience in pension administration and implementation, with a strong understanding of pension schemes and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
