We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Junior Insurance Broker to join our team at IPS Group. As a Junior Insurance Broker, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work under delegated authority in medical malpractice for six months, gaining a comprehensive understanding of this niche scheme.
  • Manage your own renewal list and evolve into a standard commercial broker role, including presenting to clients, conducting client meetings, and engaging in business development and market research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • At least two years of experience in underwriting or handling.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
