Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and focused Senior Delegate Sales Executive to join our team at Nielsonsmith Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business and increasing sales from existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell our portfolio of high-quality niche events to mid- and senior-level business leaders in their fields.
  • Meet and exceed sales and key performance indicators set by the management team.
  • Work closely with the team in the UK and overseas to deliver successful events.
  • Project a professional and confident aura about our conferences to generate a "buy-in" from potential clients.
  • Travel 4-5 times a year to attend business conferences, network with clients, develop senior-level relationships, and convert these to business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year delegate sales experience.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and as part of a team with limited supervision.
  • Ability to identify audience and stay focused to achieve sales goals.
  • Experience in self-generating sales leads and working off warm leads.
  • Good IT skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of a European language is a plus.
