About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to lead our Children's Occupational Therapy Service in West Essex. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective service delivery strategies, supervising a team of Occupational Therapists, and ensuring high-quality care for children and young people.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the Children's Occupational Therapy Service in West Essex, ensuring a high standard of child-centered service delivery.
  • Supervise and support a team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Therapy Assistants to deliver high-quality care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and improve health outcomes for children and young people.
  • Develop and implement effective service delivery strategies, including service planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements
  • Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC registration.
  • Effective leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising a team.
