About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of commercial property matters, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant disputes, and financing transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client files with independence and professionalism, ensuring timely and effective resolution of commercial property issues.
  • Ensure compliance with our firm's quality and risk management procedures, including Lexcel and the SRA Code of Conduct.
  • Generate fee income and manage time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection to meet targets and contribute to the firm's growth.
  • Engage in business development opportunities and promote the firm's services to existing and potential clients.
  • Participate in team meetings and maintain a network of contacts and referrers to drive business growth.
  • Demonstrate expertise in commercial property law and stay up-to-date with relevant industry developments.
  • Utilize modern IT systems and technology to support efficient and effective legal practice.
