**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our team at William James Recruitment. As a leading recruitment partner to law firms in the UK and internationally, we work with top-tier clients, including Legal 500 firms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a varied caseload of commercial and residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, letting, landlord and tenant, financing, and residential conveyancing work.
- Act for a wide range of local and national clients, demonstrating sound technical knowledge, exceptional client care, and excellent communication skills.
- Work collaboratively with a vastly experienced, specialist team to deliver exceptional results.
- Contribute to the growth and success of our clients' businesses through expert property law advice.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law.
- Demonstrable background in handling commercial property work, including sales, purchases, letting, landlord and tenant, financing, and residential conveyancing.
- Sound technical knowledge, exceptional client care, and excellent communication skills.
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £60,000, depending on experience.
