Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our legal department, you will be responsible for handling a full spectrum of commercial property fee-earning work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage client files, including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters, bank funding, and pension purchases.
  • Ensure compliance with our firm's quality and risk management procedures, including Lexcel and the SRA Code of Conduct.
  • Generate fee income and manage time recording, work in progress, billing, and cash collection to meet targets.
  • Engage in business development opportunities and actively promote our firm.
  • Attend and participate in group meetings and maintain a network of contacts and referrers.
  • Demonstrate expertise in commercial property law.
  • Be proficient in IT and telephone systems relevant to modern legal practice.
