The Role

We're seeking an experienced and talented General Manager to join our team at Southpour. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, controlling costs, and ensuring consistently excellent customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the business with passion and energy, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supporting sales growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Controlling costs and driving sales growth through data-driven decision making.
  • Ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered through effective staff development and training.
The Ideal Candidate

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in a similar role and environment. You'll have excellent leadership skills, a strong commercial awareness, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.

As a key member of our team, you'll be expected to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our business.
