We are seeking a dedicated Inventory Supervisor to become a vital part of our team.

This position is part-time and requires flexibility to work during the day, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities of the Inventory Supervisor include:

  • Assisting the Inventory Manager in maintaining optimal stock levels and effective stock management to uphold high store standards for our customers.
  • Equipping team members with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborating with the management team to ensure the storage area is tidy, organized, and that stock is readily available.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations to create a secure environment for both customers and staff.
  • Implementing processes that guarantee the store adheres to all legal standards.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:

  • Proven experience in supervising or managing a small team within a dynamic retail setting.
  • Strong organizational capabilities.
  • Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • A flexible mindset and a proactive attitude.

A Fork Lift Truck license is advantageous but not mandatory.
