We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring the smooth running of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Operations:
- Assist with annual audits and monitor invoicing.
- Manage supplier ledger, process expenses, and handle timesheets.
- Conduct reconciliations and prepare supplier payments.
- Support month-end close and contribute to process improvements.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle general administration and financial tasks.
- Coordinate job logistics and liaise with clients and contractors.
- Maintain job tracking systems and support subcontractor access.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in finance roles, with a preference for candidates with a background in SMEs.
- Proficient with Sage 50, Sage Payroll, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledgeable in CIS, Reverse Charge VAT, and bank reconciliations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
