About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant/Support Worker/Driver to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality support to our clients, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care and support to clients with complex needs

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings
  • Enhanced DBS clearance
