About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized care to clients with complex needs, including those with brain injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Deliver care 24/7, including weekends and bank holidays.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • You must be over 18 and have the right to work in the UK.
