About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable carers to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a carer, you will be working with adults and children in their own homes, providing specialist nurse-led services and supporting them with their daily needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Working as part of a small core team to deliver consistent care and build strong relationships with clients
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Working flexible shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

Requirements

  • Be over 18 years old
  • Have the right to work in the UK
  • Have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
