We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at Neptune (Europe) Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Identify customer needs and provide expert advice on our products, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including creating purchase orders and quotations.
- Support the maintenance of brand standards on visual display and merchandising, ensuring our stores meet company guidelines.
- Organize meetings with our in-house designers to support kitchen and home design appointments.
- Follow company policies and procedures to maintain stock, cash handling, and customer records.
- Contribute to the upkeep of our stores, ensuring they are presented to our brand standards.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role with a high service-led approach and focus on care and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, work proactively, and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
