Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Administrator to support our recruitment efforts and provide general administrative support to our branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all service user calls are reported in a timely manner, maintaining our database, and providing reporting to the Service Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Support recruitment efforts by handling administrative tasks and providing data entry support
- Ensure all service user calls are reported in a timely manner and identify any late or potentially missed calls
- Maintain our database and provide regular reporting to the Service Manager
- Participate in team meetings and undertake any other duties as required
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to be an experienced Administrator with excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, including Excel. You'll also need to be highly organized, a team player, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
