About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centred care to individuals with complex needs, ensuring their dignity and well-being are maintained at all times.

  • Document all tasks, events, and notes clearly and in a timely manner, ensuring accurate records are maintained.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid UK care experience.
  • Enhanced DBS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and autonomously.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage challenging situations.
