Key Responsibilities:

Facilitate Learning:

Collaborate in the design and execution of stimulating lessons, providing essential support to the lead educator and guiding small group activities.


Implement Targeted Programs:
Execute specialized intervention strategies to assist students with distinct learning requirements, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Evaluate and Track Development:
Aid in the evaluation of student progress and deliver constructive feedback to educators and guardians.

Oversee Classroom Dynamics:

Assume responsibility for managing classroom operations in the absence of the primary educator, ensuring a conducive and effective learning atmosphere.


Collaborate with Educational Staff:
Partner closely with teachers, support personnel, and school administration to exchange best practices and contribute to broader educational initiatives.

Engage with Families: Maintain effective communication with families to keep them updated on their child's academic journey and involve them in the educational process.

Candidate Profile:
To excel in this position, you will need:

Relevant Credentials:
A Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent, with substantial experience in a primary educational environment.

Proven Experience:
Demonstrated experience as a teaching assistant, with a solid history of fostering student learning and growth.

Passion for Teaching:
