We are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager for Supported Living Services who is dedicated to improving the lives of those we support. You will play a crucial role in our management team, overseeing our services in a friendly and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and executing individualized support plans.
  • Conducting assessments of care needs, recruiting and training new staff, and overseeing performance evaluations.
  • Managing medication procedures and conducting audits.
  • Participating in multidisciplinary meetings and assisting the Registered Manager with daily operations.

You will also be involved in an on-call rotation, which may vary based on service requirements.

This role is ideal for individuals who aspire to make a significant impact in the lives of others, whether by fostering confidence in our staff or helping those we support achieve greater independence.

We are looking for candidates who possess both the necessary experience and values aligned with our mission. Ideal applicants will have prior experience in care management and hold a Level 3 qualification in Health & Social Care, along with experience working with individuals with autism, learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and behavioral issues.
