Pensions Administration Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Pensions Administration Consultant to join our team in Winchester. As a consultant, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to our clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and validate work produced by junior team members, ensuring accuracy and reasonableness.
  • Manage compliance matters, including updating standard letters and ensuring timely completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with legislative changes and client-specific updates, planning and resourcing scheme events in advance.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, building rapport with key contacts.
  • Identify opportunities for new commercial growth, understanding client fee structures and attitudes towards fees.
  • Oversee monthly billing, monitor project budgets, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Attend client meetings and networking events, representing the department across the wider business.
  • Share knowledge and best practices through training and information sharing.
