An exciting opportunity has emerged within the Supply Chain division of Estée Lauder Companies for a Senior Supply Planner role. This position will focus on inventory oversight across a specific Brand or cluster of Brands for the UK Region. The Supply Planner will play a crucial role in optimizing inventory levels while ensuring service excellence and enhancing decision-making through improved supply chain analytics and reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate effectively with Demand Planning, Global Supply Chain, Brands, and Finance to create balanced supply plans aligned with established objectives and operational guidelines.
  • Oversee and continuously enhance the planning and delivery of finished goods from manufacturing sites to distribution centers.
  • Achieve Customer Service and Inventory targets by utilizing advanced tools and regularly reviewing parameters with Center of Excellence teams to optimize regional supply planning.
  • Define strategies and action plans to meet regional inventory and service level KPIs, conducting monthly reviews with commercial teams to manage inventory effectively.
  • Develop strategic allocations and supply commitments based on operational forecasts.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of product launches and events, proactively managing potential risks.
  • Support integration processes with Demand Planning, Retail Supply Chain, and Distribution & Logistics.
  • Drive the evolution of the Integrated Business Planning process through collaboration with Brands.
  • Communicate issues clearly and develop actionable resolutions.
  • Manage and execute broader supply chain initiatives.
Qualifications

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency in Power BI.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Advanced Excel and SAP BI skills.
  • Proficient in SAP SCM/ECC & APO systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
