Your Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care and support to residents, assisting with daily living activities and promoting independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Observe and document resident behaviors, identifying patterns and contributing to their well-being.
