About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Sales Administrator to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in managing our corporate and fleet sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to major corporate clients, building strong relationships and ensuring a consistent and reliable service for their fleet needs.
- Lead all post-sale related administration processes for fleet sales, including client quotations, order vehicle allocation, vehicle registration, and client invoicing.
- Liaise with the vehicle preparation centre to ensure vehicles complete a pre-delivery inspection and are valeted.
- Arrange vehicle delivery or collection by the client.
Requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers easily.
- Excellent attention to detail is necessary due to the level of administration required.
- Naturally organized and good time management skills.
- Confident IT skills, particularly in MS Excel.
