We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our dynamic team at Voyage Care. As a Support Worker, you'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with personal care, daily living tasks, and social activities
  • Develop and implement Positive Behaviour Support plans to promote independence and confidence
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive and inclusive environment
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving license
  • Resilience, flexibility, and a composed approach
  • Experience with Positive Behaviour Support plans and reflective practice
