About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at KPI Recruiting. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating B2B income and achieving targets in the UK.

Main Responsibilities
  • Engage with new clients via telephone, email, and digital communications to build relationships and drive sales.
  • Record communications and contact points in our CRM system to ensure seamless client interactions.
  • Negotiate sales-based pricing and upsell products to increase revenue.
  • Develop and maintain exceptional product knowledge to assist customers and drive business growth.
  • Represent the company at UK exhibitions and foster high levels of employee engagement and team spirit.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong enthusiasm for driving business growth and expanding opportunities. You should demonstrate a proven track record of opening new accounts and driving sales performance.
