Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary:

Pioneer Selection is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our client's industrial manufacturing business in Stoke-on-Trent. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for performing Predictive Maintenance (PPMs), troubleshooting machine breakdowns, and contributing to small-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPMs and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance
• Investigate and resolve machine breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner
• Contribute to small-scale projects, applying your electrical and mechanical skills to drive business improvement
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Electrical bias with a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles
• Multi-skilled background with experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Relevant electrical engineering qualification
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
