Job Title: Apprentice Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer

Embark on a pivotal role within a forward-thinking manufacturing company, poised for a new facility and expansion within the coming years. The firm is seeking a versatile and adept Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who can hold their own electrically to enhance the team, bringing technical expertise to both the existing site and exciting future projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day maintenance of the facility, ensuring seamless operation of machinery and equipment.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the manufacturing process.
  • Assist with the installation and implementation of projects, working as a team player within the engineering department.
  • Maintain a strong health and safety awareness culture within the engineering and other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality policies.
Requirements:
  • Recognised Engineering qualification, minimum of a level 3.
  • Multi-Skilled approach with strong Electrical skills.
  • Experience of working with manufacturing machinery.
Benefits:
  • Basic Salary £38,000 - £40,000 per annum.
  • Shift Pattern: 2pm - 10pm Monday to Thursday; 6am-2pm on a Friday.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, an extra day is awarded for each year of service (capped at 25 days).
