Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

Embark on a pivotal role within a forward-thinking manufacturing company, poised for a new facility and expansion within the coming years. The firm is seeking a versatile and adept Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer who can hold their own electrically to enhance the team, bringing technical expertise to both the existing site and exciting future projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day maintenance of the facility, ensuring seamless operation of machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure the plant is maintained to ensure safe and efficient operation at all times.
  • Assist with the installation and implementation of projects as required.
  • Work as a team player within the engineering department, contributing to meeting all agreed objectives.
  • Assist with compliance of safety, health, environmental, and quality policies when required.
  • Maintain a strong health and safety awareness culture within the engineering and other departments.
  • Follow specified requirements on risk assessments in relation to engineering and other department functions.
  • Ensure site housekeeping in sections within your control are maintained to the required standard.
Requirements:
  • Recognised Engineering qualification, minimum of a level 3.
  • Multi-Skilled approach with strong Electrical skills.
  • Experience of working with manufacturing machinery.
Benefits:
  • Basic Salary £38,000 - £40,000 per annum.
  • Shift Pattern: 2pm - 10pm Monday to Thursday; 6am - 2pm on Friday.
  • 22 days holiday plus bank holidays, with an extra day awarded for each year of service (capped at 25 days).
