Commercial Litigation Paralegal Role

McKinlay Law, a prestigious law firm, is seeking an experienced paralegal to join their commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial litigation and a proven track record of success in a leading law firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist a renowned partner with high-profile litigation and dispute resolution cases
  • Conduct research and analysis to support the partner's work
  • Prepare and review documents, including court filings and correspondence
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of commercial litigation law and procedures
  • Collaborate with the partner and other team members to achieve case goals

Requirements:

  • At least one year of experience as a commercial litigation paralegal in a leading law firm
  • Excellent academics, including the LPC
  • Good knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in a fast-paced environment
