Senior IP Paralegal Opportunity

A highly experienced Senior IP Paralegal is sought to lead a team of paralegals in a multi-national law firm as the Head of Department. This role represents a significant step up from a regular Paralegal position and offers a permanent, full-time position in the London office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team on the delivery of work to both Lawyers and external clients, including day-to-day supervision, training, and development of direct reports. Experience in dealing with IP Disputes work is essential.

This role will be performed on a hybrid basis, with 3 days a week in the office. While excellent academics are welcome, the key factor in this role is relevant experience due to the Seniority and responsibility of the position. As such, only the very best candidates with c-5 years of solid IP/Patent experience at a well-known law firm(s) can be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of paralegals on the delivery of work to Lawyers and external clients
  • Day-to-day supervision, training, and development of direct reports
  • Experience in dealing with IP Disputes work

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in IP/Patent law
  • At least c-5 years of experience at a well-known law firm(s)
