Senior Legal Advisor (Commissioner Contracts/Housing)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Legal Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our Legal Services Team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality commercial contract drafting, working with Commissioner Authorities and Housing Associations, and advising on Service Level Agreements and Housing Management Agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert commercial contract drafting and negotiation skills
  • Work closely with Commissioner Authorities and Housing Associations to develop and implement effective contracts and agreements
  • Advise on Service Level Agreements and Housing Management Agreements to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Review and analyze tenders and contract terms to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Commissioner Authorities, Housing Associations, and internal teams

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial contract law
  • Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
  • Solid awareness of GDPR provisions
  • Experience with Commissioner contracts and social housing provider agreements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
