Patient Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Onboarding Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage new patient registrations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Liaise with patients via email and phone to address their queries and concerns.
- Book patients in for their initial consultation and coordinate with our medical team.
- Source relevant information and additional data as required to support patient care.
- Communicate with patient GPs to source information and respond to queries.
- GCSE (or equivalent) in English preferred.
- Experience with KPIs and commission-based targets or roles desired.
- Suitable experience within a call centre or customer services role desired.
- Experience within a customer-facing role within a healthcare setting preferred.
- Ability to deal with customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.
Our client is a private clinic specialising in assisting patients with chronic conditions. They work with consultants in pain, psychiatry, neurology, palliative care, and cancer to provide patients with prescribed medication directly to their door.
